Room to sleep 10 guests in five large and beautifully decorated suites.
Full-time professional and attentive staff with a private chef to make your meals, daily maid and laundry service as well as 24-hour security and endless margarita deliveries, and concierge services!

EVENT PLANNER: all events must have an approved Event Planner

VILLA STAFF: The Villa staff are for serving guests in residence. Any events of more than 20 total guests must hire additional staff

FIREWORKS ETC: Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns or other flaming items are not allowed on the property or surrounding area

NOISE POLICIES: Villa Bahia is located in a residential neighborhood & loud music or noisy parties are allowed between the hours of 12 Midnight to 7 AM

  • MINIMUM STAY: Winter & Summer 3 Nights
  • MINIMUM RESERVATION:5 Bedrooms & 10 Guests
  • EVENT FEE: $2000 USD (does not include Food, Beverages, additional staff or other event related costs)
  • MAXIMUM EVENT GUESTS: Sit down event 70, Non sit down event 100 guests
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2000 USD
